I really wanted to enjoy the show, but it just didn’t come together for me. The sound was rough, the acting felt flat, and I kept feeling like I was somehow missing something the whole time. By the end, I felt a bit left in the dark about what I was supposed to be getting from it, so I ended up leaving early.

I checked the refund and exchange info before ordering. It’s easy enough to understand, but it feels strict. Doesn’t seem like you can just change your mind and get a refund, and exchanges are only for certain situations. The site itself is fine, I just wish the policy had a little more wiggle room.

Booked the seats on their site. Thought the view would be fine. Nope. A big chunk of the stage was blocked, so it was hard to even follow the show. Frustrating. Felt like wasted money. They really need to make the seat view warning more obvious

I waited forever just to get helped, and the staff acted like a bunch of rude jerks the whole time. it felt like nobody there cared at all. Frustrating experience.

I felt like I paid way more than I expected. The extra fees seemed to pile up really quickly, and by the time everything was done, it just didn’t feel like the value was there. I reached out to support and the replies were basically along the lines of, “those charges are part of the process” and “pricing can vary,” which didn’t really make me feel any better. I wish I had taken more time to compare other options before buying. Overall, disappointing, and I don’t think I’d use this site again.

Just getting to the theatre was a hassle. The public transport options weren’t very straightforward, and the walk from the nearest stop felt uncomfortable, especially later at night. Parking was confusing too, so by the time I got there I was already stressed before the show even started. It really doesn’t feel very accessible if you’re coming from outside the area, and I’d expect some kind of apology or at least acknowledgment for how frustrating the experience was

I’m usually a bit skeptical when places say everything is “clearly marked” or “easy to navigate,” because that can just be company talk. But this was mostly true here. The signs were clear enough, and I found my seats and the toilets without having to ask anyone. One hallway sign could definitely be bigger, but overall it was easy to get around

I had to reach out to customer service about my booking, the response took longer than I’d hoped. It wasn’t awful, but I definitely kept checking my email more than I wanted to. Once they finally got back to me, they were polite and fixed the issue, so that part was decent. I just wish they were quicker, especially when it involves tickets and timing matters.

I was ready to book, but the ticket prices ended up being way higher than I expected. Then the extra fees got added on and made it feel even worse. The site itself worked fine and was easy enough to use, but i walked away feeling like it just wasn’t worth it for me. Kind of wish I hadn’t gotten my hopes up.

The show ended up starting almost 40 minutes late, and no one really gave us a clear reason why?? It definitely put a damper on the night for us. I was expecting things to run a lot more on time.

The seats felt sticky and gross, like they maybe hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It made the whole experience less comfortable than it should’ve been

I went to a show here recently and had mixed feelings. The performance itself was enjoyable, but the theatre was so warm that it was hard to fully focus on it. It really felt like the air conditioning wasn’t doing much, if it was on at all. People around us were fanning themselves and shifting in their seats the whole time, so it wasn’t just me. For what tickets cost, I’d expect the space to at least be comfortable. I wouldn’t say I’d never go back, but I definitely wouldn’t be in a hurry unless they sort out the temperature issue

My buying experience was simple overall, and I didn’t have much trouble getting through the process. The only thing that bothered me was that the fees didn’t show up until late, so I wish those had been clearer earlier on

I was expecting more of a charming old-building feel, but it came across a bit gloomy to me. That said, it does have some character, and I can see how others might appreciate the historic side of it.

I went to a show there and, the seats kind of took me out of it. They just felt old and cramped, and the leg room was barely... anything. I’m not even that tall, but my knees were pressed up the whole time like there was nowhere to move.

After maybe 30 minutes my back started hurting, and I kept shifting around trying to get comfortable, but no. The show itself was fine, I guess, but sitting there made it hard to enjoy. I’d definitely think twice before booking again if I had to sit in those seats..

There are definitely a few good shows listed, and my sister and I actually spotted a couple we’d consider going to. That said, the lineup feels a little hit or miss overall. I’ll probably check back later to see if they add more concerts.

I had a good time at the show overall, and a few of the songs sounded really clear and hit just right. That said, the sound mix was a little disappointing in spots, some parts got way too loud and kind of muddy, which made it hard to fully enjoy. Still, the energy was good and I’m glad I went, I just expected the audio to be a bit more polished for this venue.

The popcorn was fine, nothing amazing but it did the job. The drinks felt a bit pricey, though I guess that’s pretty much what you expect at places like this.

Getting inside was the worst part of the whole night. The security line was crawling, the staff kept sending everyone to random doors, and it felt like none of those clowns had any idea what was going on. Bag check was rushed but still somehow took forever, which makes no sense. By the time we finally got in, I was already irritated. I wouldn’t go back unless they seriously fix that entry process.

Moving through the place was way more stressful than it should’ve been. There were people packed into random tight spots, lines kind of blending into each other, and the staff didn’t seem to do much to sort it out. I get that crowds happen, but also if there are that many people then it should somehow be easier to move, not harder. It felt like it took forever just to get anywhere, so yeah, not a great experience for me.
